Booking information

To book a course please email at info@wstatextiles.com to ensure there are places available,  An enrolment form will then be sent out to you.

Note that a deposit is required on registration (not applicable to short courses). The balance will be payable 4 weeks before the workshop. Any additional specified requirement fees are payable on the last day of the workshop.

Cancellations / Refunds

If the workshop of your choice does not run due to a shortfall of enrolments to make it viable, we will refund your deposit in full. Refunds cannot be given in any other circumstances.

Insurance

All workshop fees are exclusive of insurance. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover the eventuality of you being unable to participate for reasons beyond your control. Our refund policy still applies; refunds will not be given unless we cancel the workshop due to lack of numbers.

Materials & Supplies

A student requirement list for each class will be sent out to all students via email.  Some sessions will require additional charges for supplies; this will ensure that you will have the correct materials and tools for you to benefit fully.
